Editorial book project about Freedom / Control, which follows the most provocative contemporary art in Britain.

The cover is inspired by artist Sarah Lucas’ most famous work “Self Portrait Fried Eggs”, 1996.

Lucas’ art work shows her ability to serve up provocation and humour by placing two free eggs on her khaki green T-shirt over her breasts. Eggs become a visual eponym for the female body itself, since women’s bodies produce eggs on a regular basis. An exploration about sexual oppression and liberation themes, which goes beyond gender cages.
